another baby quilt!

I made this quilt about a month ago in anticipation of the birth of a new baby boy to one of my good friends from high school!  I looked through my stash and was excited to discover that I could make a pretty cute quilt entirely from my pantry!  I even had the backing and the batting.  The only thing I had to go out and buy was the binding (which was chosen by my assistant, Gracie :) )

I used the disappearing nine block 'pattern' which I have used before, but I really love the look.  This is one of my favorite baby quilts - it makes me happy when I look at it!  And baby Leo loved it too!
